Well, I'm still at it. Atkins' doesn't allow milk during the 2-week induction, but I have been drinking about 1/4 of a glass at bedtime. Other than that, I haven't cheated at all. I can't wait until a week is over and I get to weigh and see how I'm doing. I will survive my granddaughter's birthday party today. Pray for me, lol........
