It is berry season here and today I made 4 batches of jam; 2 of strawberry ( the season for them is just about done), 1 of red raspberry and 1 of a combination raspberry,strawberry, and marionberry(these are just getting started). My only complaint is my oh my pectin has gone through the roof. I remember buying a package for 69cents, today it was well over $2.00 per package. We are big jam eaters especially DH, toast, pancakes, waffles etc. Do any of you make jam? Do you have any special fruit combinations that you really enjoy?
