Well back at it today. I am going to have to be strong today. They are having pizza at work tonight for safety week and that is my big weakness. I'm drinking a big glass of water right now. My stomach is little off this morning. I think I went a little overboard yesterday. I will have to watch that also. I don't want my day off to be a glutton fest.
I had the saddest dream last night. I dreamt my cousin who is also overweight had lost all her weight. I was so proud of her. Then she told me she had an illness that was killing her and that was what took the weight off. I felt so terrible. We just sat there and hugged each other. Such a sad dream.
