Well today is weigh in day. I hope to at least lose 3 lbs.

Hey do any of you get the Discovery Health channel. They have a show on there called I Lost It. It's on most days at 11:30 am eastern time. I love seeing weight loss success stories it gives me more strength to go on with my weight loss.
