Well we are off to a friends house to have chinese food and let the dogs play outside. I think I will get chicken with lots of veggies and white rice. That should be prety good.

I agree with what you were all saying about the steak I know that is not bad in its self. I was just saying I will have to watch and not eat to much. I think I'll be fine. It should be a good healthy dinner.
