I am having all kinds of trouble. My puter keeps freezing up and I don't know why. ........(I know very little about puters so if you can help me please please keep it real simple.) I push ctrl delete and alt but nothing happens so I have to shut the whole sthing down with on off button on puter. It doesn't matter if I am on line or off. Also yesterday my phone would ring once and then stop. One of my callers said tha it would ring once on their end and then make alot of noise. I do not have a fax and the setting on my answering machine is 3 rings.I checked and found no virus. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have because I don't have a clue.
