Great colors, the frog and the caladiums! This little frog looks like he's been tusseling with something doesn't he? I wonder how he got all those scratches...

Floridan, I thought the same thing, but after looking over him very close, his skin was not scratched. It was his color pattern. Maybe it was old scratches that healed, but that was his color. Pretty isn't he.

Yes he's pretty, I love the frogs. We haven't seen many this year but we hear them. The garden is alive with sound in the morning and evening. Last year they swam in the pool all spring, none this year. We have lots of eggs and tadpoles in our pond though (and very fat goldfish)!
