what's this spider?

I found this one crawling around one of my flower petals. It's only about the size of the head of a pin needle but was very interesting looking :)

from seeing all the really, really close-up pictures, I wish my lens would get in closer than that but it's still pretty close..........lol

He/she has markings like a watermelon! I like to think they are eating the bad pests in the garden. Nice pic.
