The menu tonite is pollo con calabacitas: chicken stewed with fresh squash from the garden, whole kernel corn, a sauce made from fresh termaters from the garden, sweetly ripe, onion, garlic, and garnished with cilantro.
White rice, cornbread, iced tea, fresh papaya, some fresh hot chiles if you dare. And for dessert - cool nanner puddin.
