Is anyone familiar with this shrub. It's supposed to bloom continuously and in shade. I think Park Seed or Wayside had it but it sold out immediately and I didn't get one. It is on my wish list for next year.
Mexican Anise
Hi woodspirit,
I don't have this one, but I do have the Florida one. It is similar, just doesn't bloom as long, it only blooms in the spring and this one is more hardy. We get some cold temps here during the winter (down into the 20's) and it does just fine. Matter of fact it looses very little leaves. If you are interesed in a piece send me an email and I will try to root you a piece.

Thanks, but I will have to wait on the hardier one. We get down into the 20s regularly but also much colder on occasiion. Besides, I am looking forward to season-long bloom. But thanks so much for the offer.....
