Good morning,
I lost another pound, but the ketostix didnt even turn light purple yesterday, I was dissapointed!

trying to drink my water...It just isnt happening...I get too busy and before I know it, hours and hours have passed.
I was doing so well there for a few days. Gotta try to get back into the swing of things.
