Virginia (US) law just got a lot tougher against spammers. It allows for criminal prosecution, including jail time, for all those people who continually bombard us with unwanted e-mail.

The US is also considering paying people to help track down spammers and have them pay the civil damages they owe to their ISPs. And I have been doing it for free!

Whee!!!!!
