Good morning everyone, I had a good day yesterday. I stuck to the diet and not once was I tempted....but...it was only the first day - lol

this mornig I made 2 fried eggs for breakfast, and had 3 deli slices of ham....

Bug girl, where are you? please check in and let us know how you are doing...
