Help with water stains

When we were at the Nascar race there was a Mark Martin coat for sale that had been water damaged.The regular price was 130 bucks,he sold it to Chuck for 30.00.
We figured if it wouldn't come clean it was a small price to pay for a kick around coat.
Took it to a drycleaner who charged us 12 bucks and made it worse......

I'm thinking of soaking it in Oxyclean or something like it....maybe BIZ

will I kill the coat?
