Livingston Seeds Malabar Spinach Vine

Hi! I started some of these seeds and everythings come up green. I've grown Malabar Spinach vine in previous years (from a different seed supplier), and the plants showed their burgandy stems immediately. Are the Livingston seeds an "Oops", or has anyone grown these and seen that the plants will eventually develop their purple stems? (Here's a pic of what they should look like when mature)

Seedsower: There is an all green variety. Don't know if it is Livingston, though.

I have the one that has the burgandy stems when they are very small. I have never seen the all green one.
