Well, everyone one is feeling down, but we have to keep going, our health is at stake. My knee does not hurt as much, if I think I am at a lower weight. It has been hurting, but I did a lot of gardening and that usually makes it hurt for days.
Like sbarr says it is very easy to just forget about it, but that is how people end up gaining. So my idea is if you can't do a lot, do a little. Maybe you can't stick to 1,200 calories on a certain day, but you can at least not have any dessert such as cake or pie, or at least skip having pizza or other high fat foods. Things like that make a huge difference. If you need inspiration just go to the mall, and look at the size of America these days.
