Baker City, OR(Zone 5b)

Hello farmers. We have a pretty day today after a storm last night with hail, rain and wind. That really brought on a flood of baby lambs. There were 7 born on my shift and quite a few in the 6 or 8 hours before, about the time the barometer starts to drop so do the babies. When I arrived at the barn last night I found 2 ewes that had lambed in a corner and 5 lambs, ummm, what babies go with what mamma? I divided them up according to which lambs prefered to stay with which ewe and watched to see if she fed them. I think I finally got it right.
Gotta run, company just arrived. Count your blessings.
