Good morning everyone.

PSILO: hope you are doing ok. please check in.....we're all concerned.

Just to let you all know the results of my doctor's appt....thyroid is just fine, as is everything else they checked, sugar, cholestoral etc., sooo, I guess I just have to increase my exercise.....
