Good luck everyone. I'm doing the protein shake for breakfast with a banana blended in, my psyllium drink and a couple cups of coffee. Want to try to get to the gym, but not sure why I'm having trouble with this. The "go before work" hasn't started, not sure if I can do it.

Any hints on how I can try to get more motivated would be welcome.
