One of the downsides of dieting can be the monotony or feeling deprived. Let's share some ideas.
Bagel sandwich
Smaller (Lender's or similar brand) bagel (don't get the big Brueggers or Deli bagels, these are 400 calories)
low fat or fat free cream cheese
wafer sliced meat (store brands that have several wafer thin slices in plastic wrap)
lettuce, tomato, onion (optional)
You can do the same with low calorie bread.
