while out today for a walk I stopped to watch a Collared Dove building a nest in some Ivy. This is the second I have seen. The last one on Christmas Day.
Many of my snowdrops have flowers showing above ground with a few ready to burst open. If this continues I wont have much to show on my open day on March 1st.
All my Celandines are now in leaf with one actually in flower. It's an unknown variety with single yellow flowers and heavily blotched leaves.
Daffodils in the garden have leaves and buds broken out of the protective sheath.
