Help with OE attachments

Ever since I had my drive wiped a few weeks ago, I am unable to get e-mail attachments. they come through, but with a message at Outlook Express has removed access to the following unsafe attachments.
I can't even send pics to myself without it removing the access.
How do I undo this?
