Hi all. It seems there are plenty of people out there with differing diets that works for them you just have to find the right one for you. Now that Thanksgiving has gone we have to be thinking about getting back into a regime for the christmas weeks ahead.

I did not get weights for DJM SBarr or Bug girl. Do you want them including in the chart? I am having difficulties with the graph. That is not my forte I am afraid.If it is ok I will just send out the chart.

I have had a very busy and tiring week. Hope you have all survived Thanksgiving :)
