I have been lazy about posting here so I thought I'd let U in on how we are doing. Since Sept 26th I have lost 20 pounds & DH has lost 15. Now if we can make it though Xmas *LOL* We eat good & healthy foods. We eat pretty low fat & sugar but get enough to satisfy our bodies needs. I try to maintain a 1200 calorie diet. I know that is kinda low for a man but is what his Dr. said to do. Sometimes his calories does go a little higher but not much. I have about 30 more pounds to go & DH has about 35 to go. We will make it.
