Hi guys hope you are doing ok today, enjoying autumn whatever the weather. I have taken to drinking soup something I dont normally do. But as you will all agree it is very good for you and quite slimming too.

I wont be around for the next 2 days :( I am going to the Good Food exhibition in Birmingham where I hope there arent too many free samples to tempt me!, but I wouldnt hold your breathe ladies!! :D
