daily support November 25

Hi folks. Apologies for not being around all weekend. Had the inlaws staying and we were very busy. Didnt get a chance to look in.

Woodspirit the graph is of peoples weight loss each week so we can see how it is progressing and give each other support. Weigh in day has just been changed to Friday and so far I have only have sbarrs. Do the rest of you want to include your weights for this friday? If so then send them to me.

I expect most of you will have a difficult week with thanksgiving on Thursday. I hope you have a great time, just try to remain a little focused and if you can show alittle restraint then your mental attitudes are improving and you should be proud of yourselves!
