Hi all sorry I wasnt around yesterday. I had a very bad day :(. Though this morning wasnt the best - had to go to the dentist :( it was only a checkup but I need some fillings replacing. I really hate the dentist but I always force myself to go regularly.
There is also the fact that the thought of the dentist always makes me lose my appetite!! :D
Hope you are all doing ok. you certainly sound busy, with work and gyms etc. I wish I could get to a gym but I have to make do with the living room and a cd, though it can be boring sometimes.
The weather here is sunny and so I will go and do some digging, get rid of all my stresses and burn off a few calories into the bargain!!
