Monthly Grocery bill

Ok, it's time for a check up. How is everyone doing cutting back on their grocery bill?

We have a set budget now of $325.00 each month. Every two weeks, Brent puts half of that amount into an envelope and that's what we have to spend on groceries. When the money is gone, the shopping is done. It really makes you pay attention to what you spend your money on. I save anywhere from 7 - 10% using coupons and I buy many things in the damaged goods section, too.

How is everyone else doing?
