Hi all. I am up and about early this morning. The weather is fine at the moment but I dont think it will stay that way. I hope you are all well.
Ssbar can you not make up a drink before you leave to where you are going or take some fruit that is high is juice, oranges maybe? You are right though. It is difficult to diet in a foreign place. How long are you gone for? As long as you take food in moderation Im sure you will be fine. Hope you are enjoying yourself anyway.
