Well hallo again. I had another good day yesterday.I even managed to go to the gym, very rare for a Saturday. I did the treadmill for 35 minutes.It costs £25 per month for off peak hours. I think it's good value if you can go , say 5 times during the week.I very nearly had beer last night, but managed to resist as I wanted to report good news this morning. DH and I are looking at Christmas Holiday brochures and we are favouring Switzerland at the moment. Hope everyone has a good day.
