I feel old!

This came in my morning mail. This year's college freshman never saw Johnny Carson host the Tonight Show. They have never heard of BETA, only VHS. They never saw a TV with only 13 channels (we didn't get one with the upper band until I was 14!) They have never owned a record player, only CD player that was introduced when they were a year old.

They were too little to remember the fall of the Berlin Wall; the Cold War; have never heard of an 8-track.

I really feel old now! There's more: they never heard "Where's the Beef?" They don't know who shot J.R. (who?)

There has always been MTV in their lifetime. Now I am really really old!
