This may have been covered before, but can't find it. I have a cotton knit blouse that had a long strip of tape going down the off center of front of it ( has size repeated over and over all down it). Anyhow on stripping off the tape, most of the sticky part is still on the blouse and no amount of washing will get rid of it. Any ideas?
