Morning everyone. Hope you are feeling better today pebble?
AS you are all aware starving yourself does not help at all. For a successfull eating plan you need to eat regular consistent meals and be properly organised so if you do come across temptation or an evening out you are prepared for it.
I am feeling good today, though the weather is terrible, and can lead to feeling fed up and heading for the buscuit tin. I WILL BE STRONG THOUGH!
