Hi all and sugar if you are reading this. Hope you feel you can join us. We are a friendly bunch really. It will be nice to think that as this forum grows it will help so many people.

I am on track today, though eating has been a rushed affair. Simon (my youngest is ill today) so I am at home looking after him. May have to resort to aerobics in the living room for exercise.
