Hi all. It is the first of October and it certainly does not feel like it here. It is still very sunny and warm. Havent seen any rain in the day for weeks.

Hope you are all on track and motivated.

Pebble. Dont be put off by this minor blip. In future, plan for parties or evenings out. If possible make people aware you are trying to eat more healthily so maybe they can offer more choice, or if not try and spread your menu so that everything you eat is not bad for you. Easier said than done I am sure. But one night of indulgence wont hurt you as long as you are rigid for the rest of the week.
Hope that doesnt sound too disheatening.

You all seem to be getting positive feed back from this forum. That pleases me no end. Every little helps. :)
