Deliberate Virus Senders

I am being bombarded by e-mails with klezh worms. This has to be deliberate. Have had my computer cleaned and installed a better anti-virus which is catching & deleting them. How do I report these continuing "insects." The way I read the abuse reporting sites is that I have to open the entire header and forward it. Can I do this without opening the e-mail?
