Today is my first weigh in day after 1 week dieting. I have lost 6lbs and feel great (apart from falling on the stairs last night and hurting my foot) Now the steadier weight loss begins. I am aiming for 2lbs aweek. I am also hoping to increase my exercise levels by swimming more. Do the rest of you have weekly weigh ins? I sometimes get a little obsessive about this and dont always think its good to watch the scales quite so much.
