Today is Sunday. Does this make dieting anymore difficult for you all. Do you go in for large sunday dinners in the US like we do in the UK (roast beef and yorkshire pudding etc) sorry if that sounds too tempting.

I dont tend to bother I dont like spending all Sunday cooking and do it on Monday instead.
