Pebble breakfast at 9-10am is fine. I only get to eat mine at 9.30. Your choice is great too. I dont understand everyones fixation with water though. Your body wont hoard it just for dietry reasons. I drink all the fluid I can. I know Im going to hold water towards the end of my monthly cycle and I know it will be released once it starts again so I dont worry about it. As for tea. Can you drink it with skimmed milk. If not try to going onto semi skimmed for a while and progress that way. I cant stomach full fat milk now it is too rich.

What are the rest of you planning for breakfast? and did you manage to get any today?
