anaphalactic shock

Feeling a bit poorly today, as I have suffered yet another anaphalactic shock. Doctor put me on steroids but as I dont know what causes it it is difficult to help myself. I have trouble seeing and I have to watch my throat for swelling up otherwise that is a hospital job. On a nice day like today that is something I can do without. Has anyone out there suffered the same?
