I got a newsletter from Plant Pics' Perennials who are the photographers for Shady Oaks and other nurseries and it is run by Clayton and Michele's Oslund. They were the original founders of Shady Oaks! They are starting to sell hostas again and a few other select perennials. Their son, who took over Shady Oaks in 1996, is the one that has made Shady Oaks strictly wholesale, but he turned over the retail list to his parents.
