I got this message by email yesterday and have no idea of the answer. I know it grows here in full sun but zone 3 indoors??

I wonder if you can tell me, how long does it take before this plant become in flower? And is it possible to keep in as an interior plant. I'm in Zone 3a.So I know it cannot live outdoors. Thanks.

Can anyone here help this lady?
