Mail box bandits or frustrated postman???

I get so mad!! It seems my mail box is target practice for either frustrated postal workers *grin* or kids...I am so tired of replacing my box. Last month it was wacked pretty good. A couple of nights ago they came back with revenge on their mind. Another good wack! My poor mailbox...I have replaced I don't know how many times over the years. I would love to rig up a paint exploding device and when my poor box takes a blow the paint would explode on their car!! HA! That is a good one...I did get a good idea from someone regarding cement in a big box and then placing a smaller box in the big box. Any other suggestions out there?? Lisa
