I also will get some for next year. Evidently it is a sturdy plant and works well where coleus is, though this one was in full sun. The color was truly amazing!

So did yours look like this Studley? it was 3 stemmed and stood several feet.

Very nearly like that. Smae rich vibrant red, however, the lower foliage appears near black in that photo, mine was green. Mine only got to 2 1/2 feet. I kept mine in a small pot for way too long, stunted it I'm afraid. Best to sow directly or transplant when young.

I definitely want to plant some next year. And yes the lower growth was black and the bottom growth was green I believe. Let me see if I have another picture of it to post.
