Is it just here? I have noticed a lot of garbage in our ditches. Dh said somebody dumped a bunch of tires in our ditch sometime this weekend. I have noticed bags of garbage, a television, a couch, etc. in the ditches. I am sure it is because people don't want to pay the dumping fees. I would just love to find out who does this and make them clean up every ditch in a five mile radius. Okay now I'm done venting.
