how do i move my bulbs?????????

fin the middle of my driveway i have daffodils and siberian iris planted in a circle around the flag pole. large circle. they come up everyyear for 4 yrs now but they are growing under alot of grass. i want to rework the circle and move them inside the new bed i am making. can i move them now or should i wait until after they bloom in sjpring or in the winter????????? I do not want to lose them so I need to be sure about this. i bought these one day at lowes in december about 50 daffodils and 50 iris for $2.00.
they told me it was to late to plant them but i planted anyway and that following april i had beautiful flowers. thanks in advance for any help you can give.

You can move Daff bulbs now because they are dormant, just dig them up and replant. If you're moving the Siberian Iris as well just make sure you dig around the rootball and again just replant but water them in well.
