unsulfured molasses, barley, rye, garbanzos, corn syrup

Any favorite recipes using any of the above ingredients? (I have some already for hummus, garbanzo sprouts,minestrone, mushroom barley soup, gingerbread,rye bread, but would welcome more choices, especially for rye and molasses.) Also, does anyone have recipes for barley bread or barley cakes, rye cereal,corn syrup candy or molasses candy, gingersnaps, barley syrup candy, or instructions for grinding chickpeas (garbanzo beans) for flour? I've done a small to large bulk stock up on the above subject ingredients, and know I'll want more recipes using them before autumn. Thanks.
