Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Whoops - a little late here! We went out with friends last night and were up late visiting and watching TV afterwards. How are y'all doing today? Howie called and told me he's lost 2 pounds, so that's a happy thing. :)

He made an awesome tuna salad with lite salad dressing, and put cucumbers, onions, pickle relish and (I think) little pieces of hot pepper cheese in there. It's awesome and I had it with a few saltines and a bunch of raw baby carrots and green peppers.

Tuna salad: 300c/?g
Crackers: 120c/2g
Veggies: 30c/0g

Total so far: 450c/?g

Reading today's devotional at http://davesgarden.com/journal/si/7453.html , a phrase popped into my mind:

Pray when you're clinging to the end of your rope;
His lifeline is endless and in Him is hope!
