Double Impatiens Purple

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

I usually have great luck with these and they grow huge. I am having more trouble this year with the new Fiesta ones that seem to be the only ones available this year. They rot very easily. I have had to replant them up in a very light soil. This picture I took yesterday and is one of my many pots of them.

Hi Pebble,
No I am too impatient, no pun intended. I usually do 6 packs and cuttings. They root easily.

Kell, do you root them in water or soil? I've got some ready to cut back.

I put them in water or soil. they are very easy to root! anything that blooms so well and for such a long season is high on my list!
