Greetings, everyone. I am really psyched. I weighed in when I went to the doctor's Monday and learned I've lost almost 10 pounds since last Wednesday when I last was there, down to 242 again. I really was retaining that water! I have some catching up to do still, but I'm on my way and pleased as punch. The health concerns are easier to bear knowing at least this is under control right now, and it's within my power to keep it so.
